Returns & Refunds

This policy took effect on 18May 2024.

Refunds

• If you cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, you are eligible for a 100% refund. The refund will be processed within the next 4 hours.
• If you cancel your order after 12 hours to till 24 hour from the time of placing order , you will receive a 40% refund.
• Orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to no refund.

Replacement

• Replacement is only allowed if buyers provide video and photo evidence of the product at the time of opening and if the product is received in a damaged condition.
• The company will not commit to replacement if video and photo evidence is not available. The video should be shoot on the same day.
